FORTGROUP earns four honors in the CRE Saint Petersburg & Federal Awards 2017

The FORTGROUP company was awarded prizes in four categories of the CRE Saint Petersburg & Federal Awards 2017.

A regal ceremony was held in Moscow on June 29 for the CRE Saint Petersburg & Federal Awards 2017, at which the FORTGROUP company was awarded three prestigious prizes, including "Developer of the Year." Accordingly, FORT Tower has become a winner in the nomination of "Class-A Business Center" category, and the Port Nakhodka shopping-and-entertainment complex has been recognized as the best in the "Small Shopping Center" category.

FORTGROUP Executive Partner Maxim Levchenko has become "Person of the Year."
The victory was preceded by several elimination rounds during of which projects of FORTGROUP received a high assessment from expert jury including lead professionals of the development market and commercial real estate in Russia.

The Commercial Real Estate Awards program--comprising annual professional awards in the field of commercial real estate--was established in 2003 at the initiative of the industrial commerce community and has consistently demonstrated its influence as the most prestigious event in Russia's commercial real-estate industry.
The jury panel is comprised of leading experts with have many years of experience and extensive knowledge in the industry. Thus the winners are those who have successfully undergone a thorough selection process involving several rounds.


The FORT Tower business center was put into operation at the end of 2016. The 21-story building has become a new architectural landmark in Saint Petersburg.
